When I started taking Ken's class I was chubby, unfocused, and I had almost no background in athletics of any kind. Ken taught me how to defend myself, but also so much more. He gave me the skills and encouragement I needed to cut the fat, while at the same time teaching me valuable life lessons and breathing techniques which I use on a daily basis. He is a holistic teacher, and his class is a far cry from your typical session at a gym or dojo. The Way of 4 style is a unique martial art.
